This unique bottle number 67/100 comes from our first batch of Patience Winter Gin, a classic dry gin with beautifully integrated juniper and a hint of seasonal spices. The star of the show is the juicy clementine peel that evokes the festive season. We've taken only the sweetest hearts of our clementine distillate to form the foundation for this batch. Once married with other seasonal botanicals, this gin is 'winter by the fireside' in a glass. To create a spirit that drinks just as beautifully on the rocks as it does in a cocktail, we've also added notes of toasted hazelnut for a long, rich mouthfeel.
