Patience Distillery is a family-run distillery in Kensal Green, London, founded in 2020 by Maxime and Holly Esmenjaud. Using cold distillation under vacuum, each botanical is distilled separately at low temperature to preserve its most delicate aromas, then blended by hand. The distillery releases four seasonal gins each year — Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter — in batches of just one hundred individually numbered bottles, distilled, blended, bottled and labelled entirely in-house. Patience gins have won nine medals at The Gin Masters, the London Spirits Competition and the IWSC, and are served at Aulis, Simon Rogan's Michelin-starred chef's table in Soho, and Dorian, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Notting Hill.
